Once it's out for delivery, you'll receive a tracking code to follow its journey to your door.

You have 30 days after receipt to return any item in perfect condition. The process is simple: just contact us by email and we'll take care of everything. We want each piece to feel right for you – as if it had always been yours.

Are all the parts waterproof?
It depends on the material. Stainless steel pieces are resistant to the sea, pool, and shower without losing their shine. Sterling silver, gold-plated, and brass pieces are more delicate — we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals, to preserve their color and shine. The material and care instructions for each piece are indicated on its respective page.
How do I know what material each part is made of?
We always indicate the material in the description of each product, along with the recommended care instructions. This way, you know exactly what you're buying and how to take care of it.
Are the pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Our stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free — ideal for daily wear, even on sensitive skin. For all other materials, we always indicate the composition on the product page, so you can choose with confidence.
And what if the jewelry isn't exactly what you expected?
No worries. You can return your order within the timeframe specified in our return policy. We want every piece to feel right for you — as if it were always yours.
