Currently, we process and ship all orders directly from our international warehouses .
Shipping is done through partner carriers, with tracking available for all orders.
Average delivery times:

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary slightly during periods of high order volume or international holidays.

Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your Ocean Soul piece.
🌍 Fees and Customs
We work with logistics partners who use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping .
This means that there are no additional customs costs for the end customer in most cases.
In the rare event of an exception, our support team will help resolve it quickly.
