Each piece is selected and packaged with the same care that we put into every detail of our brand.
However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

It must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use, damage, or alterations;

Please return it in the original packaging (or equivalent) and with all labels attached;

This is not a personalized or sale item (those are not eligible for return).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, typically within 5 to 10 business days .
If the item shows signs of use or does not meet the stated conditions, the refund may be refused.
⚡ Defective items or exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt .
The Ocean Soul team will provide a free replacement or a full refund , according to your preference.
